6. Fares quoted are exclusive of all taxes and surcharges. Certain passenger types may be exempt from paying the Philippine Travel Tax upon submission of required documentation prior to ticket issuance. For online ticket purchase, Philippine Travel tax will be settled separately at the airport. If eligible for exemption or discount, documents must be presented upon check in.
7. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance.
8. No complimentary hotel accommodations will be offered for long transit times between flights.
9. Prevailing USD-PHP exchange rates at the time of ticketing shall apply on fares quoted in US Dollars.
10. A copy of valid passport of the passenger may be required upon request of participating partners.
11. Offers are subject to terms and conditions of participating partners and the BDO Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the BDO and American Express Credit Cards, and BDO Debit Cards.
12. All BDO Credit Card transactions are subject to bank approval.
13. All questions or disputes regarding the BDO Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo or any redemption shall be resolved by BDO in concurrence with Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB).
14. For promo-related complaints, BDO will handle complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted not later than September 1, 2024, after which all matters relating to the Promo are considered conclusive.
